As Director, Programs & Operations, Carol Ann manages all day-to-day operations of the UCF Incubator including advising clients, identifying, and linking community resources to clients, managing staff and programs and facilities.
As UCF looks to the future and better aligns its support to entrepreneurs, we have established Innovation Districts around our campuses, incubators, and existing/emerging technology innovation clusters. With the initial three Districts in Research Park/Space Coast, Downtown Orlando, and Lake Nona, we have begun to build enhanced programming and partnerships and communities of collaboration to accelerate growth for their emerging, scalable technology companies. We are building stronger connections between those companies and our faculty and students. We are engaging with our alumni. We are supporting UCF’s Strategic Goal of impacting the economic vitality of Central Florida, Florida, and the nation.
