Evana Gizzi, PhD, is an Artificial Intelligence Research Lead at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. Her PhD research area is creative problem solving in intelligent agents (specifically robots). She has also developed software called Research in Artificial Intelligence for Spacecraft Resilience (RAISR). This software enables real-time fault diagnosis in spacecraft and spaceflight systems using artificial intelligence. Evana Gizzi has made significant contributions to the field of creative problem solving in artificially intelligent agents.
