Stephenie Rodriguez

Founder/CEO, JOZU for Women

Stephenie Rodriguez is not just an internationally renowned inspirational speaker, she is a survivor. After a near-fatal bout of Cerebral Malaria left her with amputated feet, she did not give up on her dreams. She embraced technology and became Australia’s first bilateral osseointegrated female amputee with “bionic” legs after the disease resulted in the loss of her feet above the ankles. Now, she is training to be a para-fencer at the Para-Olympics, while raising her son and running her own business, as CEO and Founder of JOZU for Women.

After leading digital strategy and transformation projects for multinational, multibillion dollar travel companies including SSP – the food travel experts and Club Med for the past 10 years, she embarked on an entrepreneurial venture that combines her vast knowledge of the travel industry, the necessity of safety solutions for travelers and commuters and the enterprise opportunity that exists for tourism boards, airlines and airports to capitalize on insights from big data related to the female travel decision maker.

Stephenie is a passionate humanitarian who wants to make the world a safer place for everyone. She has spoken at TEDx and other global events, inspiring audiences with her story of courage, self-love, and resilience.
